Tenn Media provides marketing services, including website design and development, virtual receptionist solutions, client acquisition systems, and ongoing website management. All services are subject to these Terms of Service and any separate agreements executed between Tenn Media and the client.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, content, and materials needed for project completion and are responsible for obtaining all rights, permissions, and licenses for any third-party materials provided to Tenn Media. Payment schedules for one-time projects will be defined in individual agreements or invoices, while ongoing services are billed monthly and continue until canceled in writing. Tenn Media reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.

Tenn Media provides estimated project timelines and works diligently to meet deadlines; however, delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness, project complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. Tenn Media retains ownership of proprietary tools, software, templates, and methodologies used during projects, while clients retain ownership of their content, logos, and brand materials. Completed projects transfer ownership to clients once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Both Tenn Media and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. Tenn Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites, and liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date, and Tenn Media may retain copies of work for record-keeping purposes. Tenn Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
